You get 2 years movement warranty, if there is a mechanical fault with the watch movement we will repair or replace the watch. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, strap, loss of stones or the plating/colour.
If you need to make a warranty claim please get in touch with us and we will assist you, warranty repair will take 5-28 days depending on the fault. If warranty claim is within 28 days of purchase we will cover al postage cost, if warranty claim is after 28 days customer is liable for postage cost.
Sorry we do not offer strap adjustments, you can take the item to any local jeweller and they will adjust it for you for a small fee. The reason we do not adjust the strap is, once strap is adjusted return or refund is void. Therefore to avoid any inconvenience we do not offer that service.
