It is exceptionally rare, but if you receive a faulty item and wish to process an exchange you must submit a request via email to
email@example.com within 3 business days of receiving your order, and a The Watch Studio Representative
will confirm if your request has been authorized.
Upon authorizing a return, the The Watch Studio Representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please note any packages that are returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Goods are returned to The Watch Studio Head office at your own expense.
Insuring your return / package
We advise that ALL Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery and the relevant insurance cover undertaken to cover yourselves against
non-delivery by your chosen courier.
Returning a product
All request for returns should be made within 28 days of receiving your order. No request will be consider after 28 days of receiving your order. ALL TAGS AND SEALS
CANNOT BE REMOVED. WE DONT REFUND THE SHIPPING COST AND ALSO DEDUCT £15 FOR WARRANTY BOOKLET. IF THE WATCH IS FAULTY WE WILL OFFER A REPLACEMENT, IF YOU REJECT
REPLACEMENT WE WILL REFUND MINUS THE SHIPPING AND REPLACEMENT WARRANTY BOOKLET COST.
