SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders placed with The Watch Studio are shipped via Royal Mail and require a signature upon receipt. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification (shipping address must match billing address, when the shipping address is not the same as billing address it must be verified with your issuing bank).
You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order has been processed and you will be provided with a tracking number. You may use that number to check the status of your order at http://track2.royalmail.com

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We can dispatch to your preferred delivery address with a signature required on delivery to ensure safe arrival.
Free shipping on all UK orders via recorded delivery, First Class recorded (2/3 Business days**)
Next day delivery is also available, Royal Mail special delivery £5.00 (1 Business day). Please note that special delivery does not guarantee Saturday delivery. It can take up to 2 business days during the month of Christmas.
For all orders placed before 2pm, Monday-Friday, the order will be dispatched the same day. If the order is placed after 2pm it will be dispatched following business day.  
**Please note the delivery time frame is estimated not guaranteed. Recorded delivery can take up to 7 business days, if the item is not delivered within 7 business days we will have another watch reshipped or order refunded**

We are closed on all major Holidays including bank holidays, New Years eve and New Years Day and during the Christmas period of 25th - 29th of December.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS
£10.00 shipping on all EU orders, and £15.00 for rest of the world. We use Royal Mail International Signed For and Tracked
Deliveries normally take 7-14 business days for EU countries and 10-28 business days for Rest of the World. Please note deliveries can get delayed if item is held by customs, we are not responsible for any import duties you may face. 
We deduct £15.00 restocking fee on all international returns to cover our dispatch cost. 

RETURNS
All request for returns should be made within 90 days of receiving your order. No request will be consider after 90 days of receiving your order. ALL TAGS AND SEALS CANNOT BE REMOVED. WE DEDUCT THE POSTAGE COST WE PAID ON DISPATCH (WHICH WILL RANGE BETWEEN £5-15 DEPENDING ON THE WEIGHT). YOU ARE LIABLE FOR POSTAGE COST TO RETURN WATCH BACK TO OURSELVES. We recommend you use tracked and signed for service and parcel is fully insured. If the protective seal has been removed on the watch or watch box (in the event of a smart watch) there will be a £15.00 restocking fee deducted from the total refund along with the postage deduction.
