All our quartz, self winding and automatic watches comes with 2 years movement warranty with the watch studio. Smart watches are sold with no warranty.
You get 2 years movement warranty, if there is a mechanical fault with the watch movement we will repair or replace the watch. Movement fault is when the watch is losing time and no damage has been done to the watch. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, negligence, water damage, strap, loss of stones or the plating/colour. Warranty will covers water damage if watch is more than 10ATM. If the watch has been modified warranty WILL BE VOID (Strap adjustment will not void the warranty). Should the item have damaged due to negligence we will give you a quotation on the repair, if you decline the repair costs we will return item back to you safely. As of January 1st 2019, we no longer stamp the warranty booklets.
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you need to make a warranty claim please get in touch with us via the contact us page or send us a email email@example.com and we will assist you, warranty repair will take 5-28 business days depending on the fault. If warranty claim is within 30 days of purchase we will cover all postage cost, if warranty claim is after 30 days customer is liable for postage cost. Original parts will be used for repair if parts cannot be obtained alternative parts will be used. If the watch cannot be repaired within 28 business days the watch will be replaced for a brand new one. You accept full responsibility for our repair should we mark or damage the item when carrying out the repair. We will accept full responsibility if the watch is lost whilst in our possession.
